Yes, you can. We take pride in the quality of each garment we produce and facilitate an ongoing quality control process to avoid garment faults. Regardless of this, faults can still occur. We emphasize that it is very important you thoroughly check your order upon its arrival as soon as possible. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you may request a replacement or return within 5 days of receipt of your order.


Global Fashion House reserves the right to repair/replace your faulty item as well as decline return requests if the item does not meet the characteristics of a manufacturing fault or has been damaged in customer care. For more information regarding returns, click here.

Account Information

Global Fashion House is a wholesale vendor and trading only in multiple SKU quantities. To be able to purchase our stock, you must register your store on our website and create an account. Our agent will approve your store as a stockist/merchant in their particular state or territory.

If you already have an account with Global Fashion House but you are still unable to place an order, we may have insufficient stock of the styles you are trying to purchase. Please contact us here to arrange a solution.

Before your store is approved to purchase stock from our brands, we must check that there are no geo-territorial conflicts between stores.

We do not sell the same product to multiple stores within a geographical region, to ensure that each retailer has exclusivity on some styles or brands. If your store happens to be in the same area as an existing account, our agents will try their best to accommodate a solution that is fair to both parties.

Sizing

The ratio is the proportion of sizes within a pack. Example: 1/2/2/1 - 8/10/12/14 will mean that there is 1 unit of size 8, 2 units of size 10 & 12 and 1 unit of size 14 in the pack.

All our styles are available for purchase in packs only (not individual units). Each pack contains 1 style in the same colour-way in a size ratio listed on the product description page.

Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery estimates (once your order is dispatched) are as follows:

  • 1-3 business days for delivery within metro areas
  • 2-7 business days for regional areas
  • 2-9 business days for interstate delivery

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. All of our international orders are handled by Faire.

You can collect your order from our Sydney warehouse if you placed your order in NSW. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared for collection.

Our warehouse is located at 126 Kippax St, Surry Hills, NSW.

The exact delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout, based on the weight of goods and the destination postcode.

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number you can use to follow the progress of your delivery within Australia.
