We offer Australia-wide delivery of goods via a multi-carrier shipping service. Using a multi-carrier service allows us to find the fastest and cheapest delivery for each order.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. All of our international orders are handled by Faire. Please click here to view our shop page.
Dispatch time for domestic orders is 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.
Once the order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, delivery will take 1-3 business days for metro areas, 2-7 business days for regional areas and 2-9 business days for interstate delivery.
The delivery cost is calculated on the total weight of your cart and the delivery destination. Delivery costs will be displayed at the checkout.
You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note, that you may receive this communication in the junk folder of your email platform. To ensure the security of your order a signature is required when a delivery is made. We do not offer an option to leave your delivery unsigned or unattended.
Click and Collect
Click and collect is only available at our Sydney warehouse. This is a free option that can also save you time. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared for collection. Once your full order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification from us. Bring a copy of your ‘Ready for collection notification (either printed out or on your phone). Should you need to return your order, you must ship it back to us via post. We do not accept returns via courier to our warehouse or showrooms. For more information on returns, please click here.
Global Fashion House will not be held responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect details submitted. If you happened to submit an incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us immediately.
Global Fashion House operates in collaboration with 3rd party shipping carriers and therefore is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. Please note that the ETA listed above is not guaranteed and delays may occur (including but not limited to public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors) which are out of our control once the order has been dispatched.
