Shipping Policy

Shipping

We offer Australia-wide delivery of goods via a multi-carrier shipping service. Using a multi-carrier service allows us to find the fastest and cheapest delivery for each order.

International Shipping

We ship all international orders via DHL Express. Dispatch time for international orders is 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.  

The shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your cart and the delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery time for international orders depends on the delivery destination which can take anywhere from 3-12 business days. Please note is might not include local custom clearance time.

We currently do not offer international shipping to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island), Western Sahara.

International Duty and Taxes

For all customers who place an order outside of Australia, you are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country. We have no knowledge of and take no responsibility for the laws outside of Australia.

Delivery times

Dispatch time for domestic orders is 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.

Once the order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, delivery will take 1-3 business days for metro areas, 2-7 business days for regional areas and 2-9 business days for interstate delivery.

Cost calculation

The delivery cost is calculated on the total weight of your cart and the delivery destination. Delivery costs will be displayed at the checkout.

Parcel tracking

You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note, that you may receive this communication in the junk folder of your email platform. Signature required

To ensure the security of your order a signature is required when a delivery is made. We do not offer an option to leave your delivery unsigned or unattended.

Click and Collect

Click and collect is only available at our Sydney warehouse or showrooms. This is a free option that can also save you time. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared for collection. Once your full order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification from us. Bring a copy of your ‘Ready for collection notification (either printed out or on your phone).

Returns

Should you need to return your order, you must ship it back to us via post. We do not accept returns via courier to our warehouse or showrooms. For more information on returns, please click here.

International Returns

Global Fashion House (ZW Family Pty Ltd) will not cover international freight of faulty stock to be returned. It is strictly not within our company policy to cover this expense. Please email us at hello@globalfashionhouseshop.com.au notifying us of the faulty goods, specifying the item details (including the order number, purchase date, style code, colour and size) and giving full details of the defect or fault, including clear images of the fault, with the item’s swing tag visible in the same image. 

We will handle returns on a case by case basis and will advise you what steps to take so that we can refund you for faulty items.

Inaccurate address

Global Fashion House will not be held responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect details submitted. If you happened to submit an incorrect address when placing your order, please  contact us immediately.

Supplementary information

Global Fashion House operates in collaboration with 3rd party shipping carriers and therefore is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. Please note that the ETA listed above is not guaranteed and delays may occur (including but not limited to public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors) which are out of our control once the order has been dispatched.
